Our Story
Since 2015, EP Consult has helped Malaysian employers navigate the Employment Pass process for the foreign talent they hire — from technology and manufacturing companies to F&B operators and multinational corporations. Over 10 years, we've handled 100+ Employment Pass cases, covering new applications, renewals and cancellations, and we've stayed close to every policy update from the Immigration Department, the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) and the MYXpats Centre along the way.

Our Employment Pass Process
We manage every stage of the Employment Pass journey, from eligibility check to approval and beyond, so your HR team doesn't have to navigate Immigration and MYXpats procedures alone.

Free Eligibility Check
We review the employee's qualifications, salary and the company's profile to confirm they meet Employment Pass requirements before any work begins.

Document Preparation
We provide a clear checklist and prepare all required company and personal documents in the format Immigration and MYXpats expect.

Company Registration / ESD Submission
If the company isn't yet registered with the Expatriate Services Division (ESD), we handle that registration before the EP application is lodged.

EP Application Submission
We submit the complete application to the Immigration Department / MYXpats Centre and actively follow up on its status.

Approval & Endorsement
Once approved, we coordinate the visa endorsement (pass sticker) in the employee's passport so they're fully compliant to start work.

Renewal & Ongoing Support
We track expiry dates and reach out ahead of time to handle renewals, so the pass never lapses and your company stays compliant.
